Imperfections Perfection

Not perfect,
No illusion of perfection.
My imperfections are made perfect through his perfection.

Striving to live as well as possible,
but stumbles and road blocks,
and flesh testers rise up.
Go off and go in on all of the above.
My imperfections are made perfect through His perfection.

Without Him I am an utter mess,
with Him my life is truly blessed,
to do better that my normal foolishness.

Not perfect,
No illusion of perfection,
But what you see is the perfection of His sprinkled on me.

It is truly freeing when you embrace that fact that you will mess up, you will fail, and sometimes you will act out of character. It's freeing to embrace that you are not perfect. But the goal is to strive to be the best possible you that you can be and for those that believe in God, He can make your attempts successful by you putting your life in His hands. That doesn't mean that you won't still have learning moments in life but they are just that. Take those moments of thoughtless reactions and do better next time. Be a better you each day because you are someone's role model. Whether you know it or not someone is watching you (not in a creepy way lol). You can change someone's life by being the most real, transparent, ultimate version of you.
